All orders are processed within 5 working days.
All items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is fulfilled. Due to global disruption from COVID-19 orders may take longer than usual due to get to you. Please contact Royal Mail once order has been shipped from our London HQ.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes due to signed for services being used. Please only supply physical addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is placed and paid for you will receive a shipment confirmation. Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zandra Rhodes Enterprises LTD. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Zandra Rhodes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Thanks for your purchase with us. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days after you receive your item(s) to return the goods to the following address:

Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund must be delivered in an unused or unworn state and in the same condition as you received it, with the tags still on the product if applicable.
Alternatively, if you would like to make use of in-store credit or a replacement, please make a note of this on your returns email.
Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to insure your package is returned to us.
